- Our affiliates include financial companies such as Citizens Bancshares of Batesville, Inc. and Citizens Statutory Trust I.
Non-affiliates - Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial or non-financial companies. Citizens Bank does not share with non-affiliates so they can market to you.
- Non-affiliates we share with can include insurance agencies or mortgage brokers, nonfinancial companies such as retailers, travel companies and membership groups; and other companies such as nonprofit groups.
Joint Marketing - A formal agreement between non-affiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you. Citizens Bank does not jointly market.
