Citizens Bank, Midland Schools honor Jennifer Crumby for 'Shining Like a Mustang'
Jennifer Crumby, first-grade teacher at Midland Elementary, was named Monday to receive the February “Citizens Bank Shine Like a Mustang Award.”
With this new program, Citizens Bank and Midland School District aim to recognize staff members who shine in their role as a Mustang to live out the district’s vision to engage learning at high levels and embrace challenges without fear of failure. Staff nominate the award recipients who receive a Certificate of Excellence, a $25 gift card, and a 16-ounce insulated cup from Citizens Bank. The award is presented at the Midland School Board meeting each month.
A valuable and uplifting presence, Jennifer’s dedication and supportive nature shine through her work every day. Her colleagues said:
