Citizens Bank, Midland School District honor Rebecca Marchetti for 'Shining Like a Mustang'

Rebecca Marchetti, Para-Professional for Midland School District, was named Monday to receive the March “Citizens Bank Shine Like a Mustang Award.”

With this new program, Citizens Bank and Midland School District aim to recognize staff members who shine in their role as a Mustang to live out the district’s vision to engage learning at high levels and embrace challenges without fear of failure. Staff nominate the award recipients who receive a Certificate of Excellence, a $25 gift card, and a 16-ounce insulated cup from Citizens Bank. The award is presented at the Midland School Board meeting each month.

A constant source of support, Rebecca aspires to assist her fellow staff and students in any way she can. Her peers spoke of her commitment to champion others. They said:
