Citizens Bank Welcomes Carla Miller as Senior Vice President Director of Special Assets
Citizens Bank has named Carla Miller as its new director of special assets. Miller brings more than 20 years of legal expertise to the position and will lead the bank’s loan risk management and recovery initiatives.
“We are thrilled to welcome Carla Miller as director of special assets,” said Nathan Harris, chief credit officer at Citizens Bank. “Her extensive legal background, strategic approach, and dedication to excellence will play a vital role in strengthening our department and supporting our customers.”
Prior to joining Citizens Bank, Miller practiced law at James, House, Swann & Downing, P.A. In her new capacity, she will oversee the restructuring of complex loans and provide guidance to lending teams when facing challenging credit scenarios.
“I’m eager to put my experience to work in strengthening the department,” Miller said. “My goal moving forward is to improve departmental efficiencies that will enhance the bank’s overall performance.”
Miller is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association, Arkansas Bar Association, New York State Bar Association and the Judge Henry Woods Inn of Court. She and her significant other, Evan, live in Little Rock. She has two adult daughters, Missa and Tricia.
