Citizens Bank names Joey Walter as Senior Vice President and Director of Equipment Finance. Walter has played a pivotal role in building the bank’s Equipment Finance division into a dynamic, results-driven team, and in this expanded role, he will lead the division into its next phase of growth and success.

As Director of Equipment Finance, Walter oversees all facets of the division—including production, administration, collections, and asset recovery. His strategic vision has positioned the department as a key contributor to Citizens Bank’s long-term strategy, delivering creative financing solutions that empower businesses to invest, expand, and thrive.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial equipment finance, Walter’s deep industry knowledge and forward-thinking approach will further strengthen Citizens Bank’s commitment to excellence.

Walter earned his Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication with a minor in Business from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Known for his passion for team development, he is dedicated to cultivating a high-performance culture that drives innovation and elevates client experience.

A lifelong Arkansan, Walter and his wife Bridgette have been married for 27 years and are proud parents to Kristen and Daniel.
