Shawna Love Promoted to Lending Specialist Team Lead at Citizens Bank

With nearly two decades of experience in banking, Love has served throughout Citizens Bank in several roles, including her most recent position as Senior Loan Assistant. She has been a key player in supporting the bank's lending operations. In her new role as Lending Specialist Team Lead, Love will oversee her North Central Arkansas team's workflow, ensuring high standards in customer service and maintaining procedural compliance. Additionally, she will take on a leadership role in community outreach initiatives and local projects, furthering Citizens Bank’s mission to serve and connect with its communities.

Love is actively involved in the community and is a proud member of the Leadership Batesville Class of 2024. Her commitment to community service is evident in her participation in various local initiatives.
