What is your team like?
My team is comprised of truly genuine, supportive, generous, selfless. helpful, not to mention super fun and interesting individuals. We sincerely care for one another and look out for each other like family. We all work well together to make sure that our customers are taken care of and treated like the special people they are.
What would you consider your greatest accomplishment?
Graduating college with a Bachelor's Degree in French 12 years after finishing high school. Inside my University of Arkansas alumni ring, I had engraved "I finally did it."
What is one of the most valuable lessons you've learned while on the team?
Everyone on my team lives our bank's mission statement "People First." Professionally and personally, this team always strives to do the right thing.
As my favorite TV character Ted Lasso says, "doing the right thing is never the wrong thing."
What about your role drives your passion?
Exceeding the expectations of my customers and the lenders I assist. I don't ever just want to settle for "good enough." I want to deliver service that is legendary. I also enjoy being a resource for others.
Why, or how, did you choose to start in banking?
In 2000, I was a cashier at a retail store and the customer I was helping gave me her business card and said that I should apply to work at her bank. She complimented my customer service skills and said her bank needed employees like me.

Tell us about a hidden talent you have.
While my French is very rusty and I no longer consider myself fluent, I occasionally wake up having dreamt in French. I find that reassurance that the knowledge isn't completely lost and is still there hidden in the dark corners of my brain.
