T.J. Lefler Joins Citizens Bank Board of Directors
Citizens Bank has announced T.J. Lefler will join its Board of Directors. Lefler is the owner of Lefler Capital, a real estate company specializing in the development and ownership of commercial property, including multi-family, office, retail and warehouse.
“T.J. is a well-respected real estate developer with decades of experience,” said Adam Mitchell, CEO and president at Citizens Bank. “We look forward to having him serve alongside the Bank’s progressive leadership.”
In his role with Lefler Capital, Lefler creates strategic partnerships to acquire assets, assists clients with commercial development and serves as principal investor. Lefler Capital owns approximately 40 properties valued at more than $250 million.

Prior to joining Lefler Capital, Lefler spent 15 years with Cushman and Wakefield/Sage Partners in Rogers, Arkansas, where he is still a board member of the company.

Lefler attended the University of Arkansas and earned his BSBA in finance and real estate. He serves on the board of the Business Integrity Leadership Initiative for the Walton College of Business and is a member of the Dean’s Alumni Advisory Council. He has served on the boards of K-Life, Red Cross, Cushman and Wakefield/ Sage Partners, and was a participant in the Susan G. Komen Ozark 2020 BigWig Campaign.
