I have the opportunity to interact with current and prospective customers! I educate on products that we have to offer and ways that Citizens can best support each customers' individual needs.
How/Why did you get into the banking industry?
I still don't know, but I am glad that I did!
What is a DRAIN within your role?
It only becomes a drain when I forget that it is a marathon and not a sprint.
What is a DRIVER within your role?
A driver for me is the thrill of the chase! When that prospective customer that you've been calling on finally opens an account, it is a great reward!
What skill(s) do you use on the job that might surprise people?
Communication is key!
What does Beyond A Banker mean to you?
I believe that Beyond A Banker means that you don't have to have a certain look or be a certain type to be a banker. What makes this industry so cool is the diversity.
What are you passionate about outside of work?
I love being a mom and football coach's wife. I have 3 children, whom I adore. My weekends consist of being a bleacher coach at my children's sports activities, ha! Family and community are very important to me!

When I am with people.

I am newer to banking! I wish I had known how fun banking is… I may have joined a long time ago!
