Citizens Bank, Batesville Schools Honor Johnnie Moore As March ‘Above & Beyond’ Award Recipient
BATESVILLE – March 24, 2013 – Johnnie Moore, a Title I Aide at Sulphur Rock Magnet Elementary School in Batesville, was named today as the March recipient of the “Citizens Bank Above & Beyond Award.” Citizens Bank and the Batesville School District created the award to recognize school staff members who go “above and beyond” in their service to the district.
Personnel throughout all schools nominate recipients of the monthly Above and Beyond award, which includes a certificate from the Board of Education and a $50 gift card from Citizens Bank.
According to nomination cards recommending Mrs. Moore for the award:
- “She thinks of all the students and truly cares deeply for them.”
- “Johnnie goes above and beyond every day with the students, parents and fundraisers, and provides an ear to listen to fellow co-workers.”
- “She works well with teachers, students and parents every day. I feel like she is the heart of Sulphur Rock!”
