The Citizens Bank Adds Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director

About Us

BATESVILLE, Ark. – October 19, 2012 – Charla Foster has been named Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at The Citizens Bank.  In this position, Foster is responsible for oversight of the bank’s employee relations, training, employment, benefits and compensation programs.

Foster is a graduate of Lyon College who most recently served as Human Resources Manager at the Zila manufacturing facility in Batesville.  A native of northeast Arkansas, she has also been employed with the White River Health System in Batesville and the Baxter Regional Medical Center in Mountain Home.  She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Lyon College and received a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
